Bachelor of Science with dual majors in Criminal Justice and Human Resources Management.  Ohio Peace Officer Certification.  More than 25 years of experience with the City of Dayton Police Department.  Managed operations and supervised law-enforcement personnel and civilian workers.  Ohio FOP Labor Committee Chair and Board member of FOP-Ohio Labor Council.  Liaison to business community, citizens groups and neighborhood associations.  Coordinated plans and projects with city, state, county and federal agencies.  Allocated budgets for various departments.  Investigator for County Prosecutor’s Office.  Coordinated transport of fugitives with numerous agencies and airlines in compliance with TSA regulations.
